Seems like winter

The downside to fall is that it rains, the downside to winter is that it is cold. Today everyone had a lack of technology due to the weather. It rains and rains, the problem with that is that there is no way to successfully use technology. If it gets lost people have no way of living. They loose every sense of being independent because people today can't even read a map they are used to a GPS telling them where to go and when to turn... To bad it's raining out them :(.
